My ex used to fake it at times and, Yes I could tell. I didn't like it, if she wasn't enjoying it then why not tell me what she wanted done differantly. And yes I have faked it with the ex before and she didn't even notice, she must have been dead down there not to notice. Maybe that was the problem?
