I think that's a conquerable (is that a word?....is now!) feat! At the least....there are floatation devices that a parapalegic could be set into.
My example was a bit more impossible....in that, if one had never had sight in their lifetime to be able to remember what a cloud looked like...there is no way to put one in his/her hand!
But now we are splitting hairs....eh?
