1. I'm at home with another %#@$ sinus infection...and, lucky me, I'm scheduled to start allergy shots in the next week or so because of it. I mean, what's the problem with having sinus infections about nine months of the year?

2. Someone really irked me last night...but I realized how far I'd come when, even though I was upset, I didn't have that adrenaline rush that always makes me cry when I'm mad. I hope that means I'm getting stronger.

3. I'm enjoying my quiet time immensely today.
