Some of those expenses are ligitimate, just finding the illigitimate ones makes all of them look suspicious. Point in fact, I purchased 14 F-150 pickup trucks on my Govt Credit card just prior to the first Gulf War. I also paid to have them repainted desert camo with the same card. In my case all 14 were shipped to Saudi a week later. None of them ever came back, never did know what happened to them there.
