1. Had a friends and family day yesterday -- saw my mom, drove to Cincinnati and saw four friends that I haven't seen in a very long time, had long phone conversations with two other friends....and I realized how long it's been since I had a day unencumbered by work, where I spent the day with people I loved.

2. Because of ^^^ I am craving another day of the same

3. I think I'll work out and finish a deadline instead, since my friend I had plans with today has cancelled (he has to take care of the kids)
