Glad to see you respond to the thread and I'm even more glad to hear you called a crisis line and took their advice. Hang in there Larry, take it one day at a time. Look for things throughout your day when you can say to yourself, "I'm GLAD I was am here for this." Hold on to the memory of each moment and remember them when you're feeling down.
