He does it to me all the time: when we're in company, if someone says something which is a bit of a sore point for me, or that he thinks might make me upset for any reason, he'll reach out and squeeze my hand, or give me a look, as if to let me know that he's there for me.

As for me, I think I show him (and everyone else) I love him everyday, just by the way I look at him - you can just read it all over my face, apparently.
