1. I've set myself definite goals today for work, and I intend to achieve them.
2. My ass still hurts, and I don't wanna go to the gym....but I will, cause I want to be skinny more. 
3. I've been feeling generally sick to my stomache and achy for the past few days, and I am beginning to think I caught something.
