1) It's been a really wonderful but very long week. Today is my last day teaching Kindergarten, ever (although I love them I really won't be teaching them with the degrees I am getting). I plan to make the most of it! We will cook and paint and practice being kind to one another all day!

2) I am waiting on some test results for my mom and the Dr. is supposed to call today. It's hard to be so far away from her when I am afraid she might need me.

3) This sweet, neglected little girl at school has restored my faith in me and why I am spending so much time and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to enter a profession that is as maligned, disrespected, and poorly supported, not to mention under compensated, as is teaching. She's why........and as for the rest, well none of those things really matter.
