I have one...but I didn't do it for "sexy" reasons. I purposely put it in an area that won't sag or droop in time. It's small, but meaningful (ie: has an actual purpose other than shock art).
I like tats...with taste. I like classy, delicate...almost fragile, curvy, colorful and dainty on a woman's body. Some of the ones from the link Chey put up are prime examples. Some look as though they were drawn in a single, flowing line from a fine tipped pen. Others on that page were too harsh. If the artist who does it has a steady hand, it will make for a delicate finish.
A hip tat (above the butt cheek) is pretty...the lower back (center) is nice too (but can be extremely painful, I bet...because, the less skin the more painful)...something tiny on an ass cheek is sexy...high up the thigh, in the front, just invading the panty line, between the hip and pelvic bone is another sexy place. But wherever/whatever it is...if it's delicate and fine and dainty, and not heavy handed and large, it can be really sexy.
A tat on a woman is not so sexy if she has to dress to the nines for a formal event and has...a large fire breathing dragon chasing a troll over a rainbow, high up on a purplish/blue mountain top with snow at the peak...plastered across her entire upper arm or her lower leg. I've seen stuff like that and it's not as pretty a picture as I think they might have imagined it when they initially got the thing. Maybe they never thought they'd have to be a bridesmaid or they never thought they'd go to a fancy ball, or so on and so on...but it could happen.
Just remember...someday it may have to be bared in a public situation. Ask yourself before getting it...do I want the world to see this here?
