Depends on the guy....I prefer to go all mouth if I can take him.....but if he is anything over about 6" I give a combination....and I hear that's nice too.

Hand job alone? Never done one successfully to completion. Maybe my technique sucks....all I end up is needing more lube.....fortunately when using my mouth I have an endless supply...
