My car is a diesel, which is currently averaging around £3.86 a gallon....... that's just under $6 a gallon!!!!!!

Saying that, a US gallon is actually slightly less than a UK gallon (I can't remember the fraction off-hand), but even so...... and you guys think you've got it bad!!
