This is sexual harassment, and unlawful. This guy needs to realise that work is not the place for these things...putting nude pictures in a file - is he a bit dense? This could have scared the hell outta her, and it is pressurising - both ways. Anyway what is the difference between "naked" and "nude"?

And i think the girl's brother was actually her mother.
