MMMmmmmmmmmm. Music theory would be one. I'd like to understand better something I enjoy. Geology would be another. In the Sciences, Astronomy and Economics.
If there is any one thing I think I'd do if money was no object, it would be to spend the rest of my life learning. 
I'd sure like to find out...
