Mmmmmm, mine would be rare, or medium rare.

There's a place here called Las Nazarenas and they have a bife de chorizo that is HUUUUGE!!! It's about as big around as a trade paperpack (not a pocket paperback) and about 4cm thick!

Oh, and then the tira de asado, which are a cut of beef ribs. Mmmm, mmm. Another good place to eat is Cabaña las Lilas, but it is a bit expensive.
