I realized that I'm a very quiet and calm person who doesn't need to prove anything to anyone socially, and that very loud and energetic people who don't know when to quit just drain me after a while.

I know I need to get back on my diet

I have a bad headache because I've had a bad day, three advil haven't helped it so far. I think I'm just too tense.
