CA---I looked at this thread,because I workout(exercise)everyday!
It reminds me of a commercial on TV.I don't remember,what they
are advertising,but they all have a carpel-tunnel like syndrome,in
witch they are getting pains, in their computer mouse finger.One
woman,has her finger,in a sling,from her neck.Many are rolling
their fingers on exercise balls,etc.It shows just how dangerous,a
computer,can be,without the proper warmup! Irish
P.S.I told my wife about this thread,she laughed uncontrolably!
