In Allegheny Co., western Pa., Comcast has decided to move some channels from one tier to another. Not unusual you think until it was discovered it applied to certain zip codes while others were not affected. Imagine having to buy a higher tier to get a particular channel while the zip code next to you has it coming from the same cable provider on a lower priced tier. Unfortunately, some communities are locked into only one cable provider and have no other choice.

Why do you think I call it "Crap Cast"? Don't get the cable either, they profile you based on the programs you watch. And no, I am *not* paranoid. Much
