the number of unratified amendments tripped me up, not a topic that came up a lot in history class...I only knew of one for sure, the ERA, & that was passed & withered on the vine since I left school...
I am impressed by OF's score, as he says, stone cold foreigner, & probably has never had the urge to immigrate...well, at least not till he saw how many pixie ladies live here...
