I'm in the growing out stage too... just barely too short to tuck behind my ears or throw up in a clip. I'm waiting for the iron to warm to straighten it before I dash out the door.

My hair has a *lot* of natural wave/body/curl, but I don't let it out very often. I think I may have scared my kids today.
