1. My sister basically called me in desperation last night, begging me to come to Kentucky one weekend and organize her finances for both her taxes and her sanity, help her establish a budget, track where her money is being sent, so on and so forth. I was surprised, touched, and honored that she trusts me enough to delve and sort though her finances, thinks I'm competent to do so, and wants my help.

2. I slept really well last night.

1) I am sitting for the state exam to be a Special ed teacher today. It's my life long dream and I'm soooo afraid that I've come this far and am some how going to fuck it all up.

2) My oldest son wrote me a letter that I felt was honest and from his heart. He's still on restriction

1. Woke up this morning to an ice storm -- made a semi-sleeping decision that it wsa too bad to go judge First City (was thinking they'd canceled it) -- woke up 2 hours later to learn it was going on.....and I'd missed my judging slot. Sometimes I disappoint myself.

2. Today will be spent working and job looking.....no more procrastination

3. I don't intend to leave the house today...too much snow and ice to drive easily...so I will be seeking a way to get a home workout in.
