Public versus privately held companies

There was a time I would have said public, but I'm not so sure anymore. From what I've seen in recent years; concern for employee well-being is falling while the salary's and compensation for executives has sky-rocketed. Privately held companies aren't always good, but at least you really know who to blame.

Ice water or straight from the tap?

I usually just go straight from the tap unless it's unbelievably hot outside and I really want to cool off quickly.
