I confess that I haven't been spending as much time here the last week or so. I sort of tweaked my right hand again last week and it still hurts a bit to type. I'm hoping I didn't mess up the healing from the slight fracture I was lucky enough to have in it back in December.

I confess that yesterday was a good day.

I got noticed by the "big boss" at the radio station, when I ran the board during our live remote from the career fair that we hosted,and he listened.

I also went back to the career fair and talked with some prospective employers, and got some good vibes. All I have to do now is follow-up.

I confess I didn't get far on my desk cleaning. Kiddo came home from school and wanted to go do something fun, so her and I went to Lost City and played cosmic mini golf. Then we got tokens and played games. She hit a 750 jackpot!

I confess that I hate it when my REAL job gets in the way of my part-time job, like yesterday.

I was scheduled a rare day-shift at the restaurant and was supposed to be out by 5. The plan then was to come home and record my radio segment that will air Friday morning.

NOPE not gonna happen. I didn't get out of work till almost 9pm so I had to get up early today to do the recording and then email the segment to the station, and of course as luck would have it, my boss from the station called wanting to know where it was.

I hate when my boss has to call me to see if my work is done!
