I absolutely love the show "Mega Disasters" on The History Channel. This afternoon I watched (for about the 4th time) the episode about a possible/probable massive earthquake in San Francisco. Very, very disturbing to me given that I have some dear friends who love out there.

Actually, we had some of the breakfast I helped make ... scrambled eggs with onions, red and green peppers and mushrooms in it ... together with sausage links and French Toast sticks and fresh fruit.
