constant extreme pain makes one lay down and relax many times a day and that sometimes lead to sleep.. which throws off a persons sleep schedule.

Trying to get myself moving. I've got to go out a little before 6AM for a weekly meeting ... and listening to the wind ... it's not easy to get enthused about the idea.

Looking out the window at the cruddy weather, since I can see across the street I guess I'll be going to work, after I shovel behind my car and fight to get the frozen doors open.
