It's a BOY!!

We might get rain this aft, BIBI (and we will cuz I'm going to the beach soon -- Murphy's Law and all). I read that if your bill is normally $100 and you've been running a/c, expect another $50 on top of it. My utilities are included so I hope my landlords love me for toughing it out without a/c!
