Well, it was a "treat yourself" think. Stopped at a local store and saw ... Reese's Peanut Butter eggs. I love those things. So, I broke down and had one ... okay two.

Well, kinda. "Giving up" always has a negative sound to it for me, so I've decided on doing something positive instead. Same dailly commitment, just more postive.

Well, actually I'll be eating a good fish dinner this evening, but my wife is doing the cooking. Of course all her dinners are good. That's why I struggle so to lose weight.
