Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to meet him face to face. The books were pre-signed and even if I would've had one of the more expensive tix to get into the reception afterwards, he didn't show because he was wiped out. He was awesome to listen to though. He can captivate when speaking as well as he can in writing.

And yeah... I wish he could have been sittin' right next to me.

Then again, mayhaps he was.
