OMGGGGGGGGGGG! Me too hun! Though I do smoke and trust me when I say that you should never do it...it is an addiction to peeps like us (oral fixators) PERSONIFIED!

I was just sitting here biting the skin inside my lips and thinking, "I remember there was a short time when I stopped this".

I gotta wonder...what propels us to do it and why did I stop once and can't stop now????? I mean, I stopped for a good year or so once. How'd I do that?

Bedtime snacking is maybe my worst ... plus, I guess, I'll chew on pencils or a finger or whatever.
