Jay T, I actually would love to get into the sword making thing. I prefer working with metal like that, but a man needs to know how his work fits in the world. As for my really big Starfire, I use that for movement training/muscle building. Works real well for it I might add.

I'm happy for ^^^ -- sounds like the new meds are working.
I woke up this morning sore and exhausted. I haven't been very productive. And it's the worst possible day for this to happen.

Way to go, Lilith. I've been tracking mine since 2007. This month I'm averaging 111 for the first 10 days and since I started keepting track, 110. I was told 90 to 130 is normal and so it seems like I'm keeping it in pretty good shape. |
