I'm headed here is a couple of days. Right now I'm carb and protein loading....have had a HUGE craving for beans. 
This is new to me.....but I tend to listen to what my body wants, knowing I'm likely missing *some* nutrient. But beans?!?

Hut bound myself soon. I've finally got the knack of recognizing when I am PMS'ing. Least I did this month anyway. I'm trying to be good with the carb cravings...arrgggggggg!
I WANT MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY AT 7:46am! Maybe I'll go get some chili. Seems I have a sudden craving for beans too! LOL!

The beans have had no impact, WI......my body gobbled em up and put them to good use.
Had a bit of nookie last night and it *hurt* ~~ damn I hate this pre-hut tenderness.
Now I want pizza and chocolate cake, not necessarily in that order.

i would rub you back but my own hurts from months of carrying 40+ pounds of baby and fluid. BUt i do have chocolate if anyone wants some.
