I finally got my secondary monitor set up and everything situated. I must say it is nice to be able to have multiple screens open and be able to see it all.

Went to see "Battle: Los Angeles" today. Very exciting special effects. Not a terribly deep plot, but terrific action scenes. Unusual (I think) for an "alien invades Earth" movie, the aliens are not invulnerable to our poor weapons. If you like action movies, you'll no doubt enjoy this (we do ... and we did  ). |

I've seen quite a few movies where our technology could hurt them once we got through theirs. Like in Independence Day, we could shoot and kill them with ordinary bullets and missiles, but we had a lot of trouble getting through their biomechanical suit and shields.
