I HATE banks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My online won't work, I contacted customer care and they said someone would get back to me......well 4 hours later I'm still waiting. GRRRR I need to find out what I can spend on last minute gifts!!!!!

And to top that off...the brand new board game my girl got with her gift card did'nt have all the playing cards. Now I gotta waste time and gas going back to that store.
