I did the walk thing this afternoon, the fresh air really helped me out - cleared my head a bit. I just lit a lavender candle and will go get a warm bath in a bit and have a good cry, lol.

Ok seriously - do men have a sensor that tells them when the worst time of the month comes around so that they can announce the most horrible things to you????????????????????? I am starting to dread having my period not because of its side effects but because of Lake somehow choosing that day to be dramatic!!!!!
