my lunch. roast beef on white but i forgot to get some borsen cheese...again... so i put veggie cream cheese on it and it's really good that way

I'd never heard of borsen/borsin cheese so had to look it up: Boursin Cheese is a soft creamy cheese available in a variety of flavors. Its flavor and texture is somewhat similar to American cream cheese.
So, smart wyndhy made the perfect substitution!

Congrats!
That made me smile because of your good news and it made me smile cuz I'm starting a really cool job on Monday. I thought I'd get a better job sooner in T.O. but the journey was worth it.
My dog just made me move a chair so he could get on the couch. The spoiled moose made me smile largely. |
