File. I hate it with a passion--which is bad when it is part of your job description. Two summers ago I went with a group to do mission work in Chicago for the first time. The first day they sent my four-person work group to a homeless shelter for women and children...and we spent the entire day filing. I kept thinking, "I gave up a vacation day for this."

From all I know about the state of whale populations it sounds only lolgical to ban taking them. They've got enough stress in their lives with people making it worse.
