Jan 23rd is first day for Queensland
Jan 24th first day for Northern Territory
Jan 26th is first day for ACT & Victoria
Jan 27th is first day for New South Wales
Jan 30th is first day for South Australia & Western Australia
Feb 9th first day for Tasmania
