Good news. My cardiologist had me do a stress test (just a follow-up to be sure all was okay) and the results were ... well ... great.

He wanted me to walk for 5 minutes and get my heart rate up to 129.

I walked for about eight minutes and worked the heart rate up to more than 150.

He was delighted. Said everything looks good, sounds good, and no sign of any emerging problem.

Got just about the same news from my cancer doctor. Between a CT Scan, colonoscopy (sp) and blood tests ... everything looks clean and good.

Twill be a Merry Christmas, that's for sure.
